A great activity to do with your family! Harold Gist and Lisa Abernathy teach this
class under the tutelage of Grandmaster Thomas E. Perry. Tae Kwon Do aims to achieve the following
tenets: courtesy, integrity, perseverance,

Circuit
A combination of step aerobics, cardio kickboxing and small
hand weights provide for a complete workout. Class will build cardiovascular

Program
